The NCHSAA dead period starts next week. No skill development, lifting or conditioning can take place during this time. Use this time to rest and prepare for tryouts and this is a great time to get registered on Arbiter and upload your physical if you have yet to do so. >

Teams were selected in May. Mandatory practice for both JV & Varsity begins Tues. Aug. 1st from 5:30-7:30pm. Practice will be each week Mon, Tues & Wed from 5:30-7:30pm until school starts.
