From May 25th to Tuesday June 2nd We will be having a juggling challenge.  Get a soccer ball and juggle with your feet for 1 minute.  The goal is to get as many touches as you can in a minute. Don't worry if the ball hits the ground.  Just pick it back up with your feet or hands and continue juggling.

Improve your touch and join the challenge.

Make sure that you complete your Ticket to Play paperwork and have a physical on file with Coach Vernon.  You must have completed your Student Athlete Participation Packet and Physical included in the packet in order to tryout for the Soccer Team.  Coach Vernon is available in his athletics office at Northwood High School from 9a.m. to 3p.m. Wednesday July 24th to Friday July 26th.  Click this link for the packet.  https://www.chatham.k12.nc.us/Page/21706
